1. Acceptance of the Agreement

Welcome to WPT, available via win-wpt.com and its affiliate gateways including /go/. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") represent a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and the operator of the platform.

By accessing any section of this site, registering a player profile, installing our mobile software, or placing real-money wagers in our poker rooms or casino slot collections, you explicitly certify that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility, Age Verification & Jurisdictional Restrictions

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All software interfaces, trademarks, graphic assets, audio effects, animations, code frameworks, and brand designations displayed on win-wpt.com are the protected intellectual property of WPT and its licensors.

Players are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to access the platform solely for personal entertainment. No reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution of platform code or media assets is permitted.

8. Suspension and Termination of Services

WPT reserves the unreserved authority to suspend, freeze, or permanently shut down any player profile if there is substantive evidence of fraud, breach of fair play, submission of forged KYC papers, or abusive conduct toward support staff.

In the event of account closure for non-malicious reasons, any unencumbered real-money cash balance will be returned to the primary payment method on file, subject to identity validation.

9. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Arbitration

Under no circumstances shall WPT or its operational affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from technical disconnections, ISP latency, or hardware failures during gaming sessions.

In the event of a dispute regarding hand resolutions or prize pool payouts, the digital server logs maintained by WPT shall serve as the final, definitive source of truth. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the certified independent gaming regulatory commission overseeing our operations.
